Consult with clients to optimize systems and processes in support of our clients' capital projects. Conduct thorough review of processes, contracts, bid documents, project plans and other project documentation and interview stakeholders to form an opinion of areas for process improvement and the over all maturity of the client's capital projects implementation plan and supporting systems and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Constructing productivity reporting systems, optimized
- Optimizing project handover processes
- Risk and Change Management best practices
- Project controls best practices (cost, schedule)
- Resource assessment and evaluation
- Stakeholder mapping
- Project Controls Reporting: Developing new dashboard / slides for project controls reports to visually highlight top portfolio risks and enable tracking of regional trends. Propose improvements for reporting.
- Executive Reporting: Support facilitation of quarterly meetings with senior executives to discuss key program risks, mitigation strategies and overall risk status.
- Design / recommend specific controls to prevent or reduce risk: KPI development
- In addition to client work, hone your Business Development skills by working closely with teams pursuing client work. Construct pitch decks and technical and commercial proposals. Meet with clients to understand their challenges and propose solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years experience in construction related field
- 2 years project controls experience
