Governance Support
Participate in weekly operations meetings, providing managerial and coordination support as required.
Update governance dashboards and highlight key challenges during check-ins
HQ Coordination and Follow-ups
Coordinate with procurement and finance teams regarding field needs.
Coordinate with the training team
Update task tracker for operations, follow up on pending tasks and ensure task completion.
Process all documents such as transport requisitions and agreements, liaising with relevant departments.
Field Coordination
Review and compile Field Officer (FO) reports for comprehensive project insights.
Facilitate in organizing the field staff meeting.
Documentation Management
Update and manage governance dashboards, school timelines, and reports repository from the field.
Consolidate and follow up on all field reports, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Maintain records of inventory, reports, and agreements
Maintaining photo bank and other necessary information for the quarterly report
Requirements
Minimum 6 months-one year of experience in implementation and project management in the development sector.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fresh graduates preferred; credentials in project management are a plus.
