- Registration checks and outreach to learners
- Helping students link to Coursera
- Checking transcripts and credential evaluation
- Tracking and processing learner matriculation
- Updating student tracking documents
- Track and outreach learners taking break from coursework
Learner Support
- Manage shared learner inboxes
- Hold check-in appointments with students
- Hold office hours and group sessions for learners
