The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr, 36.25/hrs per week
Make a Meaningful ImpactThe Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Program Specialist to support program operations, staff training, data management, communications, and administrative systems. This position works closely with program leadership to strengthen services that support recovery and renewed independence.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate program records and respond to approved internal and external inquiries.
- Manage the shared Program Department email and provide general administrative support.
- Take meeting notes and distribute follow-up materials.
- Serve as a system administrator for SIMS ServicePoint, including licensing, user access, password resets, file merges, and system updates.
- Collect and maintain accurate program outcome, participant progress, and KPI data.
- Create professional handbooks, training materials, presentations, flyers, letters, and forms using Canva or similar tools.
- Deliver SIMS training and ongoing support to staff.
- Assist with employee onboarding and program compliance training.
- Manage Temporary Living Status Extension Requests and related documentation.
- Coordinate quarterly beneficiary wellness checks across 14 programs.
- Maintain the allowable medications list in accordance with ARC standards.
- Support program meetings, conferences, training sessions, and events.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of program administration experience in a social services or nonprofit setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Experience with SIMS ServicePoint or a similar case management system.
- Experience using Canva or similar design software.
- Experience providing staff training or onboarding support.
