Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

You will be mainly accountable for:
1. Program Coordination & Delivery Enablement
- Drive the orchestration of a multi‑stream IS initiative, ensuring clarity across scope, sequencing, and priorities
- Establish and maintain a clear delivery rhythm that supports predictable progress toward a “ready for use” outcome
- Identify, manage, and actively resolve dependencies and friction points across teams and organizational units
- Transparently work on escalation paths driving the enablement of the iniatives and removing the barriers to execution
2. Governance, Structure & Transparency
- Set up and maintain lightweight, effective governance models that support decision‑making without creating unnecessary overhead
- Create transparent reporting and communication structures that provide leaders and stakeholders with a clear view of progress, risks, and trade‑offs
- Ensure alignment around milestones, outcomes, and decision checkpoints across involved units
- Provide transparency into financial aspects of the initiative, supporting informed decision‑making around sequencing, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Partner with business stakeholders and IS leadership to frame investment‑related discussions, highlighting financial implications, options, and consequences of key decisions
3. Change & Stakeholder Alignment
- Act as a trusted partner for business stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of objectives, expectations, and constraints
- Shape clear narratives around progress, challenges, and next steps, translating complexity into actionable insight
- Support teams and stakeholders through change by creating clarity, stability, and coherence during periods of transition
4. Ways of Working & Team Enablement
- Encourage effective collaboration and continuous improvement across participating teams
- Support teams in adopting pragmatic, outcome‑focused ways of working suited to the context of the initiative
- Serve as a role model for structured thinking, ownership, and accountability without formal line management
Qualifications for the role
- You should have 5+ years of experience in Change and Program Management / Product Ownership / Project Manager/Program Manager/Scrum Master role.
- You must have deep understanding of SDLC at large scale, complex environment.
- You must have excellent communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness working with senior business stakeholders.
- You must have proven leadership skills in motivating team and influencing outcomes through partnership and structured thinking rather than formal authority.
- You must demonstrate knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies and understand leverages and applicability of both.
- You should have a good understanding of the technical features of your products.
- You need to understand the budgeting principles (how to plan, monitor, execute) for services and projects.
- You could have a degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
