Position: Program Analyst – NAVSUP Logistics & Supply Chain Support
Overview: ITC Defense is seeking a Program Analyst to support NAVSUP logistics and supply chain operations. This position provides analytical, administrative, and program support to improve operational performance, evaluate business processes, analyze program data, and assist government leadership in executing mission-critical logistics initiatives.
The successful candidate will support program planning, reporting, cost analysis, business process improvement, and operational assessments while working closely with government and contractor personnel in a dynamic Department of Defense logistics environment.
Responsibilities:

Program Analysis
- Perform program analysis supporting government logistics and operational initiatives.
- Develop lifecycle cost analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and economic evaluations to support informed decision-making.
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze program performance data.
- Monitor program metrics and prepare reports for government leadership.
- Analyze management information requirements and recommend improvements to reporting processes.
- Evaluate existing business practices and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Support development of standard operating procedures, reporting methodologies, and process documentation.
- Assist with implementation of process improvements that enhance program effectiveness.
- Review administrative audit reports, assessments, and investigative findings.
- Assist with identifying corrective actions to address program deficiencies and improve compliance.
- Maintain supporting documentation, records, and analytical products.
- Prepare briefings, spreadsheets, reports, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and functional teams to support mission requirements.
- Participate in meetings, working groups, and program reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience supporting program analysis, business analysis, logistics, financial analysis, or related functions.
- Experience performing data analysis, cost analysis, business process evaluations, or operational assessments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced government environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required government security clearance, if required by the contract.
- Experience supporting NAVSUP, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, or other Department of Defense organizations.
- Knowledge of DoD logistics, supply chain management, or acquisition programs.
- Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Security Cooperation programs.
- Familiarity with cost analysis, program reporting, performance metrics, and business process improvement.
- Experience working with ERP systems, logistics systems, or government reporting tools.

Skills Required
