Overview: ITC Defense is seeking a Program Analyst, Junior to support program analysis activities within a DoD program environment. The role provides foundational support for program monitoring, reporting, research, and administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior personnel with program analysis activities under appropriate oversight.
- Conduct research on topics relevant to program objectives and reporting requirements.
- Prepare, coordinate, and maintain program reports and documentation.
- Assist with program monitoring systems used to track milestones, actions, and program activities.
- Track corrective actions and milestone accomplishments and maintain appropriate status information.
- Support communication and data coordination within the program team.
- Assist with routine program administration and coordination activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and more than three (3) years of related work experience in FMS, logistics, program management, technical analysis, business analysis, acquisition, life-cycle management, or a related field; OR
- Six (6) or more years of related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree; OR
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) or more years of additional related work experience.
- Must be able to work onsite in Lexington Park, MD.
- Experience supporting Navy, NAVAIR, PMA, or other DoD program offices.
- Experience with program tracking, reporting, or action-item management.
- Experience coordinating with program stakeholders and supporting cross-functional communication.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition or life-cycle management processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
