Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst II to support the Tactical Operations Division, Personnel Security Branch (PSB) office of the U.S. Marshals Service. This position will assist with a variety of financial and administrative functions and serve as a liaison between federal employees, contractors, and divisions across the U.S. Marshals Service.


Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of financial transactions to include obligations, accruals, payment to support the needs of the PSB office 
  • Provide administrative and financial assistance to manage several reimbursable agreements with trading partners to ensure that adequate funding and invoices are received and paid in a timely manner
  • Monitor orders in the internal financial system and with the G-Invoicing platform and advise on any issues or changes in a timely manner
  • Assists with maintaining program files of all requisitions and recording all incoming purchases and equipment ensuring that all paperwork is complete
  • Provide administrative coordination support between internal divisions, field offices, external partners, and stakeholders involved in the processing of background investigations
  • Review and analyze complex financial documents to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, program policies, and procedures
  • Provide general operational, analytical, and administrative support necessary to sustain the workflow of the background investigation workflow
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the above tasks
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Exhibit a high level of confidentiality

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in using the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)
