Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst II to support the Tactical Operations Division, Personnel Security Branch (PSB) office of the U.S. Marshals Service. This position will assist with a variety of financial and administrative functions and serve as a liaison between federal employees, contractors, and divisions across the U.S. Marshals Service.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)
Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of financial transactions to include obligations, accruals, payment to support the needs of the PSB office
- Provide administrative and financial assistance to manage several reimbursable agreements with trading partners to ensure that adequate funding and invoices are received and paid in a timely manner
- Monitor orders in the internal financial system and with the G-Invoicing platform and advise on any issues or changes in a timely manner
- Assists with maintaining program files of all requisitions and recording all incoming purchases and equipment ensuring that all paperwork is complete
- Provide administrative coordination support between internal divisions, field offices, external partners, and stakeholders involved in the processing of background investigations
- Review and analyze complex financial documents to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, program policies, and procedures
- Provide general operational, analytical, and administrative support necessary to sustain the workflow of the background investigation workflow
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the above tasks
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in using the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)
