Reporting to the Sr Director, Program Management the Program Administrator assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
What a typical day looks like:
- Assist in reviewing program proposals or plans to define the time frame, procedures for accomplishing the program, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various program phases.
- Advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
- medical manufacturing projects knowledge is preferable
- Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and quality department to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
- Support projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.
- Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
- May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
- Support continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.
- Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing
- advanced functional skills which may be used to conduct on-the-job training and/or guide other employees.
- Functional, technical, and people and/or process management skills, as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Impacts the immediate to near-term direction and operational success of the function.
- Executes and may provide input to functional processes or technologies. Assists in achieving section/sub-function goals for a functional area, dedication to implement initiatives.
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office Microsoft Excel
- Exercises singly judgment within defined procedures and practices to achieve goals. May make resolutions absent management supervision using broad guidelines. Provides input for team resolutions. resolutions affect team.
- Works under limited supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
