To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Aguascalientes.
Reporting to the Program manager, Program Administrator role involves Assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
What a typical day looks like:
- Meetings with the client on NPI projects.
- Coordinating with the CFT to ensure NPI runs are completed on time.
- Recovering obsolete PPV freight charges from the client.
- Maintaining the NPIS tracker
- Shipping NPIS
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor´s or Engineering degree related.
- Conversational English.
- Experience in customer service.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Proactive.
- Positive attitude.
