To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Manager, Program Administrator role involves assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

• Administrative support and right hand to the Program Administration Manager for various clients.
• Maintain up-to-date records, journals and information.
• Analyze data to help make critical decisions.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with clients.
• Leads and coordinates projects/activities with Client Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating cross-departmental work/communication.
• Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client or others.
• May assist in the development and tracking of program metrics.
• Direct client contact.

Experience we are looking for to join our team:

• Bachelor's degree or engineering degree completed.
• Fluent English both oral and written.
• Intermediate Excel.
• ERP (Baan) as a plus.
• Knowledge in shipping and logistics.
• Knowledge in SMT and Backed and Polymeric processes as a plus.
