About the Role:
In 2021, CrowdStrike acquired Falcon LogScale (formerly Humio) - a technology that is changing the way people think about log management and systems observability empowering Security, IT and other teams to answer key questions of their data quickly. This acquisition brought together two curious, driven, passionate teams of people that are the best at what they do. In 2024, CrowdStrike has taken Falcon LogScale to the next level and has released Next Generation SIEM (NGSIEM) powered by Falcon LogScale and we are looking for individuals across the industry to add their passion and experience in helping customers realize better security outcomes with log management and advanced data analytics.
As an Engagement Lead you'll be working alongside Falcon NGSIEM and LogScale engineers to guide project kickoff, planning, coordinate calls, meetings, resources, hours usage, manage risks and dependencies, own communications with multiple customers throughout the project lifecycle and create and manage all project deliverables. This role will also work closely with other internal groups such as Support, Customer Services, Sales and Product Engineering to coordinate efforts as relevant to advocating for customer needs. Additionally, this role will also assist with the management of partner relationships, resources and technical vetting.
The position is remote-friendly within the United States with the opportunity for limited travel onsite with customers. Fluency in English is required along with strong technical writing skills.

What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Falcon LogScale and NGSIEM deployments from project kickoff to technical implementation and through project closure
- Assist with managing partner relationships and creating strategy for usage of partners within CrowdStrike-serviced projects
- Implement project management best practices and operational strategies within the LogScale Professional Services practice
- Work cross functionally with CrowdStrike teams to ensure successfully delivery outcomes
- Perform engagement processes such as the project kickoff, customer outreach and scheduling, resource coordination, cross team communications and project wrap up process
- Perform the project kickoff covering technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance overviews with the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications
- Work with customers and internal CrowdStrike teams to identity key issues, facilitate solutions and communicate with all parties to resolution
What You'll Need:
We're looking for a colleague with a great compassion for taking care of customers and their challenges combined with well-rounded technical, analytical, and customer service skills. We want someone who appreciates the importance of teamwork but will also benefit from your proactive approach to solving challenges and helping external and internal parties.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field and five years of experience in technical project management or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience owning projects at all phases of delivery, including scoping requirements, planning milestones, estimating resourcing, managing change and risk, coordinating dependencies, and being an active non-technical resource for technical teams
- Experience with Project Lifecycle, Software Development Lifecycle, and Project Management methodologies like Agile, Kanban and/or Scrum
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong technical writing skills
Bonus Points:
- Project management certification(s) (e.g. PMP)
- Cloud certifications in AWS, GCP or other technologies
- Experience managing projects for an Information Security vendor or MSSP/MSP
- Experience working with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering, and with post-sales handoffs
- Experience translating your knowledge of customer requirements and experiences into feedback for product and engineering teams

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $90,000 - $150,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
