Job Description
As a Personal Assistant you will support remotely a colleague from the Telekom organization in Germany.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for secretarial duties, such as handling communications and planning travel arrangements.
- Implements organization tasks delegated by the manager.
- Ensures compliance with deadlines set by the manager.
- Coordinates with the other departments.
- Handles confidential issues and documents.
- Prepares documents for decision-making under professional guidance of the manager.
- Implements ad-hoc tasks that have an impact on the whole organization, e.g. introduction of new systems or company guidelines/KPIs.
- Prepares management reports.
- Understands business' needs.
- Participates in the preparation of the strategic plans, drives small or radical changes.
- Develops detailed communication plans, assist the business in implementing the plan.
- Plans, organizes, and manages Events & Roadshows, All Employee Meetings, etc.
- Documents processes, monitors progress, and prepares status reports.
- Collects information for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2-5 years of work experience
- German language min. B1
- English language min. B2
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (PPT/Excel) and Microsoft Outlook
- Good prioritizing skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Creative, solution oriented
- High communication skills in writing
