- Verify expense/invoices and ensure its alignment to company policy and procedure, correctly and in timely booking for payment.
- Controlling intercompany transactions. Recharge invoice/invoice to Interco, recording correctly and reconciliation.
- Booking and checking accrual/provision transaction at end of month, quarterly and yearly with balancing and reconciling.
- Checking and clearing transaction/customer by Cash, Credit card, others.
- Closing and work closing for the package statement by monthly, hard close and yearly in SAP and - Hyperion under group deadline.
- Support information to local auditor for closing local statutory statement.
- Ad hoc report assigned by manager.
- Preparing, checking and tax filling and reporting documents, preparation related to GST submit to Grant Thornton.
- Coordinate and supporting to Grant Thornton.
- Communicate with Australia in regard to account payable/account receivable and general ledger follow transaction up and resolve problem.
Skills Required
- Experience using SAP for financial accounting and month-end close
- Experience with Hyperion (financial consolidation/reporting)
- Experience processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Experience handling intercompany transactions and recharge invoicing
- Experience performing accruals, provisions, reconciliations and balance sheet clearing
- Experience supporting statutory/local audit and preparing audit information
- Familiarity with tax filing processes and GST submission procedures
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with offshore (Australia) finance teams
