Misiones principales:
- Gestionar integralmente el ciclo de atracción y selección
- Administrar el proceso de reclutamiento
- Impulsar la participación en iniciativas corporativas y proyectos transversales
- Ejecutar el proceso de capacitación
- Ejecutar la estrategia de Gestión de Talento y desarrollo.
