Hauptaufgaben
- Sicherung der Produktionsaufgaben der Fertigung (Anlerntätigkeit)
- Einstellarbeiten bei Typwechsel bzw. Mitarbeit bei Rüstvorgängen
- Betreiben der Anlagen nach optimalen wirtschaftlichen und qualitativen Gesichtspunkten
- Sicherstellung der Qualität, Durchführung von regelmäßigen Qualitätsuntersuchungen, Selbstkontrolle der Qualitätsparameter und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Erkennen von Prozessfehlern und Einleiten von Maßnahmen zu deren Beseitigung
- Erkennen von Anlagenstörungen, selbstständige Durchführung von Kleinstreparaturen nach Vorgabe und Einleiten von Maßnahmen zu deren Beseitigung unter Mithilfe der Instandhaltung
- Dokumentation von Prozessdaten und Störungen
- Durchführen von Nacharbeit
- Maschinenreinigung und –wartung
