In Ihrer Rolle als Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der chemischen Industrie unterstützen Sie unsere Produktion beim Erreichen der Qualitäts- und Mengenziele zur Herstellung von Spezialchemikalien für die galvanotechnische Industrie. Ihre Hauptaufgabe wird die Herstellung von Produkten (Chemikalienmischungen) wässriger Lösungen, auch mittels computergesteuerter Produktionsanlagen sein. Sie werden in einem Team von etwa 20 Produktionsmitarbeitern arbeiten.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Herstellung von Produkten (Chemikalienmischungen) wässriger Lösungen und von Feststoffmischungen mittels vorhandener Produktionsanlagen (stationäre und mobile Rühr- und Mischwerke) nach Anleitung
• Sichere Handhabung aller verwendeten Chemikalien nach Anweisung und Anleitung
• Bedienung einfacher Bedientechnik für die Rührwerke und ggf. Computer gesteuerter Bedientechnik
• Quittierung der korrekten Umsetzung des Herstellungsprozesse nach erfolgter Anleitung / Anweisung
• Ausfüllen der Produktionsbegleitpapiere
• Ausführung der bei Produktionsvorbereitung bzw. Produktherstellung anfallenden Arbeiten nach erfolgter Anleitung / Anweisung
• Packmittel- / Rohstoffbereitstellung nach erfolgter Anleitung / Anweisung
• Transport mittels Flurförderzeugen (Hubwagen) ggf. mittels Gabelstaplern
• Durchführung und Dokumentation von Reinigungsarbeiten der Produktionsanlagen und des gesamten Produktionsumfeldes

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau)
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Gefahrenstoffen
• Ehrlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
• Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sorgfalt
• Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Berechtigung zum Führen von Flurförderzeugen (Hubwagen) und Staplerführerschein
