If you enjoy connecting business needs with practical solutions and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you

TACTICAL WORK:

  • Maintain strong knowledge of legacy and current Quanta and Aura versions, including workflows, business rules, client use cases, and comprehensive understanding of how backend components connect to the front user interface.
  • Leverage approved AI tools to improve efficiency and support day-to-day product activities.
  • Apply critical thinking to clarify needs, challenge assumptions, assess impacts and risks, and recommend practical enhancement solutions.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities; communicate them early and seek help when additional expertise, direction, or capacity is needed.
  • Support product discovery and business analysis through stakeholder feedback, requirements clarification, process flows, gap analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  • Assist with RFPs and demonstrations by coordinating accurate product information, scenarios, environments, materials, presentations, and follow-up responses.
  • Assist with QA activities as needed, including requirement review, test scenarios, validation, defect documentation, and release readiness.
  • Support OFA activities, releases, client communications, training, documentation review, and cross-team follow-up.
  • Maintain the Products SharePoint Hub and shared product resources so information remains current, organized, and easy to find.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage priorities, document decisions and action items, meet commitments, and escalate concerns before they affect delivery.
  • Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and other Products priorities as assigned.
