Own daily help desk operations and provide Tier 1–3 technical support. Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, endpoints, identity, networks, servers, backups, and security platforms. Manage onboarding and offboarding, monitor infrastructure and security alerts, maintain technology assets and documentation, support vendors and projects, and recommend operational improvements. Serve as the operational backup to the IT Operations Architect while escalating significant risks and business impacts.

Supports First Rate wealth management products through product discovery, requirements gathering, business analysis, demonstrations, QA validation, releases, client communications, documentation, and continuous improvement. Maintains product expertise across Quanta and Aura applications, identifies risks and enhancement opportunities, coordinates stakeholder feedback, supports RFPs and training, and helps ensure product information and deliverables remain accurate and current.

Provides high-level administrative support to senior leaders by managing calendars, travel, expenses, communications, meetings, retreats, client visits, and confidential information. Coordinates logistics, prepares reports and presentations, maintains records, documents processes, handles stakeholder communications, and supports events and gifts. The role requires strong organization, discretion, attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Leads an assigned private client segment, overseeing client relationships, team performance, financial results, retention, growth, and operational execution. Manages budgets, forecasts, service delivery, onboarding, renewals, issue resolution, and performance meetings. Coaches and develops employees, monitors client satisfaction and capacity, supports prospect and implementation discussions, and collaborates with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to improve service quality and business outcomes.
