We’re hiring a: Products Finance Controller
📍 LatAm
What you’ll do
- Own revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and contractual structures
- Analyze cost of services (COS) and margins at a product and service level
- Support AOP planning, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with FP&A
- Track sales orders, billing flows, and revenue movements
- Support accounts receivable (AR) monitoring and coordination with Finance Ops
- Prepare and maintain documentation, controls, and audit-ready processes
- Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring financial alignment and clarity
What we’re looking for
- Experience in finance, controlling, revenue operations, or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of:
- Revenue recognition
- COS and margin analysis
- Financial reporting and variance analysis
- Month-end close processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Experience tracking sales orders, billing, and revenue flows
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel / Google Sheets
- Background in SaaS, subscription-based, tech consulting, or professional services environments
Other Qualifications
- English fluency required
- Exposure to international operations is a strong plus
- Accounting or Finance degree (completed or equivalent professional experience)
