We are looking for YOU as Productivity Buyer (m/f/d) for our location in Bietigheim
These challenges await you:

Defines and implements materials productivity, re-sourcing, and logistics in line with budget requirements, collaborating with the segment organization.

Supports Segment Leaders in achieving site negotiation objectives.

Leads MSC material productivity actions and engages suppliers per budget timing.
-
Manages supplier relationships as Key Account Purchasing (KAP) when not covered by Group Commodity.
-
Implements PG/PL Worldwide materials standards at sites.
-
Collaborates with the Purchasing Manager and Segment Leaders to build site budgets.
-
Executes mitigation plans at the site level.
-
Ensures logistics protocol compliance for all bought-out parts.

Strictly applies internal audit standards, including certifications, procedures, and purchasing tools.

Purchasing Index for commodity under his scope for technical/re-sourcing

You inspire us with that:

Degree in business administration or commercial training with experience in purchasing/supply chain

At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive sector

Technical and commercial experience in purchasing

Strong negotiation skills at the decision-making level with international suppliers

Experience in dealing with external organizations
-
Creative and tactical negotiation approach
-
Analytical, goal-oriented, and independent working style with assertiveness and teamwork skills
-
Willingness to take responsibility for the defined area of work
-
Fluent English skills; German is desirable
