Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms. Additionally, in 2013 production of motors for wipers has began. Plant’s main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about 100 staff members

Currently for Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina we recruit a Productivity Buyer
Your challenges:
- Improve site competitiveness through serial materials cost reductions in liaison with Business Group and Group organization
- Defines and implements technical/re-sourcing materials productivities and reservoir in line with budget requirements, in collaboration with the segment organization
- Supports the commodity organization (Segment Leaders) to reach the site negotiation objectives
- Drives in front of the MSC material productivity actions and brings suppliers in, in line with budget timing
- Monitors Supplier Relationship wherever assigned the Role of Key Account Purchasing (KAP) for a given supplier, when not covered by Group Commodity organisation
- Implements PG/PL Worldwide materials standards in the site (s)
- Build up the site (s) budget together with the site Purchasing manager and in liaison with the Segment Leaders
- Implement mitigation action plan at site level
- Ensure coverage of logistics protocols for all bought out parts
- Strictly apply the V5000 Supplier Integration axis Standards (internal referential, certifications, procedures, purchasing tools, information systems)
Join our team if you have:
- Master Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in a production company, preferably in automotive industry
- Fluent level of English
- Very good communication skills, an international mindset and open-minded to new
- cultures and new ways of working and thinking, capacity to manage several projects
- Multitasking ability, teamwork spirit, result orientation
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge Excel – ERP systems (SAP preferable)
