The Opportunity
As a Production Technician I, you will be integral to our operations, ensuring that all our electrical products, specifically charging infrastructure, meet our stringent quality and functionality standards. You will work collaboratively within the team to troubleshoot, test, and document all aspects of product performance to maintain operational excellence and safety.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough testing of all electrical products to ensure full functionality and compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve any product or process issues within the warehouse environment
- Maintain accurate records of all testing and repairs to ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards
- Organize and safeguard your work area to uphold our commitment to a clean, safe, and efficient workplace
- Adhere strictly to documented company safety policies and protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Utilize specialized tools and methodologies to measure the performance of charging infrastructure
- Proactively report and escalate unresolved issues to management to prevent operational delays
- Manage timelines effectively, keeping track of pre-commissioning deadlines and commitments
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all SKUs managed within the system to support efficient operations
- Other duties as assigned
Your Experience and Capabilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail with a keen focus on quality and quantity control in inventory management.
- Excellent organizational skills, with proficiency in storing and managing inventory efficiently.
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations set by the organization and governing bodies.
- Physical fitness, with the ability to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds during the shift.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and maintain documentation.
US Hourly Range
$22—$23 USD
