Job Summary

The Production Support team member assists with a variety of manufacturing operations to help keep production running efficiently. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a manufacturing environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and training will be provided.

    • Pay: $18 - $22 per hour
     • First-shift schedule, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts with a flexible start time between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM)

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and work orders
  •  Basic math skills
  •  Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
  •  Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  •  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  •  Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
  •  Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  •  Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities and Scope

  • Support production operations as directed by supervisors and managers
  •  Cut, face, straighten, drill, polish, and bore-blast materials as needed
  •  Handle materials and assist with inventory movement throughout the facility
  •  Follow work orders, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements
  •  Track production time using the company kiosk clocking system
  •  Monitor work and report quality concerns or material issues promptly
  •  Coordinate with production, quality, and operations teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
