The Production Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the administrative functions of the production team.  The position is responsible for managing production-related documentation and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment. 
  • Oversee daily administrative activities, including but not limited to: 
    • Reviewing and resolving the exception list 
    • OOP Resolution
    • Product Change
    • Delete Cases
    • Report Resolution 
      • Zero charge
      • No remake reason
      • DE deselected price
      • Zero charge
      • Digital not outsourced
      • Cases on hold
      • Negative charge cases
  • Complete research on cases for resolution
    • Cases returned for credits
    • Unknown cases
    • Correction cases from other departments and DDS China
  • Identify areas for improvement an administrative process to enhance efficiency
  • Additional duties as assigned 
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of production process and Dental Laboratory industry a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to problem solve across functional areas of DDS Lab
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently
