Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. The Impact you will have in this role:
In this role, you will build, customize, and scale DTCC's Enterprise Architecture Platform (EAP) by developing integrations, analytics, and automation solutions that enable enterprise-wide insights and decision-making. Working at the intersection of architecture, data and technology, you will deliver scalable platform capabilities and integrations across critical enterprise systems, improving data reliability, platform performance, and user experience. Your work will enable teams to access trusted, connected insights across processes, applications, and enterprise metadata, while playing a key role in driving EAP adoption and advancing DTCC's ability to operate with data-driven, transparent, and resilient processes at scale.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and enhance platform capabilities across HOPEX and EA Insights (Power BI), including custom configurations, workflows, and feature extensions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations using SQL, Python, and APIs to connect authoritative systems (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow, HCM, Process Unity, JIRA, NAVEX).
- Translate business and architecture into technical solutions, partnering with stakeholders and DTCC teams to deliver scalable platform enhancements.
- Deliver enterprise-grade reporting and analytics by building semantic models, reusable datasets, and dashboards that drive insights (e.g. automation, risk concentration, process metrics).
- Own platform customization and configuration, including metadata models, taxonomies, and governance workflows within HOPEX and related tools.
- Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance, identifying root causes across data, integrations, and system configurations and implementing sustainable fixes.
- Support and evolve the platform support model (intake, office hours, defect triage), while continuously improving user experience and adoption.
- Identify and prototype advanced capabilities (e.g., process mining, data lineage, AI-enabled insights) aligned to the EAP roadmap.
- Create and deliver clear, executive-ready materials (demos, walkthroughs, documentation) to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in platform engineering, data/BI development, system integration or technical product delivery
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines (ETL/ELT patterns, data movement across systems)
- Experience with BI/ reporting tools (Power BI preferred), including semantic models, data modeling, and dashboard development
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues across data, system, and configurations
- Experience working in agile environments, managing backlog items, and delivering iterative enhancements
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
