The Production Support Manager is responsible for implementing effective processes for procedure and form change control. This position supervises and manages all Deposit related audits while also performing and monitoring internal auditing to ensure compliance with our internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and understanding of all Deposit and Treasury products and services, including applicable laws, rules and regulations. The Production Support Manager works closely with the SVP of Bank Operations to support and provide assistance and guidance to the overall Bank Operations.
Primary Functions of the Position:- Processes, solves, and answers operational inquiries, problems, or transactions
- Coordinates the development of RPA scripts to be run for large volume maintenance/transactions
- Manages audit, risk, and compliance activities including risk assessments and policy periodic reviews
- Manages the monitoring, reporting and handling of certain high-risk accounts (Dormant accounts, Debit card limits, etc.) on a regular basis
- Manages policy and procedure updates and understands all key risk controls
- Maintains and updates the common file settings for all deposit products and rates
- Acts as administrator for several systems / processes
- Executes multiple audits and projects concurrently in an efficient and effective manner
- Maintains current knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance laws, rules, regulations, and bank policies and procedures
- Actively participates in projects and understands new products, services, and trends in the industry
- Actively participates in the Banks DR/COB committee and other risk committees
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- 10+ years of Banking industry related experience, including operations management and risk management
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and the ability to be self-directed
- Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to motivate, lead, and develop self and others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
