What You'll Do- Partner with production and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain production infrastructure, automated tools, and manufacturing support systems.
- Develop and implement calibration equipment, automated test systems, and custom hardware rigs for production.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust, long-term engineering solutions.
- Create intuitive software interfaces that enable production technicians to perform tasks efficiently and consistently.
- Integrate production equipment, devices, and servers through reliable and secure network solutions.
- Support the introduction of new products into production by developing scalable manufacturing processes and tooling.
- Contribute to process documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure quality and repeatability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a production engineering, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of C/C++, Go, or Python.
- Experience developing hardware test systems, automation tools, or production software.
- Understanding of manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing.
- Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across software and hardware.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with UAVs, robotics, or other complex electromechanical systems.
- Knowledge of visual-inertial navigation systems or sensor integration.
- Background in electronics manufacturing or production testing.
- Understanding of physics, control systems, or embedded systems.
