Job Summary: 

The Production Support Engineer will primarily support AI/ML applications in production, ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance. This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues, collaborating with engineering and data science teams, and driving continuous improvements in system operations and support processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production AI/ML applications and proactively identify issues or anomalies
Investigate, triage, and resolve application incidents to minimize downtime and business impact
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to resolve complex application problems
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
Maintain and enhance application monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
Document incident reports, solutions, and standard operating procedures
Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed
Support deployment, configuration, and validation of new AI/ML models and services
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards

Technical Proficiency:
Strong experience with Python as the primary programming language
Proficient in Linux/Unix environments
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Proficient in monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) is a plus
Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE), B.Tech, or related technical field
Experience supporting production AI/ML applications
Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, GCP)
Strong scripting and automation skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
