Job Duties:
Perform a variety of routine activities to support the operations team.
- Input production data into spreadsheets, databases, and/or systems
- Maintain production reports, files, and other documents
- Assist in the preparation of reports on volume of production, quality control, product yields, and other aspects of production
- Organize daily paperwork such as palletizer reports, downtime sheets, operator logs, and put-up sheets
- Compile necessary data from paperwork and produce daily production reports
- Inspect data for discrepancies and notify supervisor
- Write and send out production recap emails to appropriate managers and supervisors
- Provide support to or back up roles in quality support, production support, cooler support, ADP e-Time record keeping, and input safety records in Environmental, Health and Safety system, etc.
- Help to maintain accurate reconciliation of finished product inventories
- Prepare and compile necessary information for requested audits
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 year of operations, administrative, or related experience
- Certification and/or License – will be required during course of employment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Advance in Microsoft Applications- Word, excel, PPT
- Able to operate office machines including a calculator, scanner, and copy machine.
- Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented
- Able to follow directions and meet deadlines
- Able to complete basic arithmetic, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including decimals and fractions
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
Compensation Details:
- Competitive pay based on experience - $27.00 -$32.00 per hour.
