Production Support Associate - Level IV

Job Summary:

Performs highly skilled non production activities independently supporting manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment. Acts as a formal resource leading and coordinating others. Quickly and effectively adapts to change in the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and other activities watching over company resources. Facilitates and applies Cummins Operating System (COS) practices and Operations Excellence (OE) methodology throughout the plant. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet goals. Works with peers and all levels of the organization to maintain process performance. Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements. Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:
Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience. Qualifications

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  Experienced in creating shift end reports and spreadsheet.  Strong communication skills and work well with teams across multiple departments to ensure tasks and objectives are complete effective and professionally.
