Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to
support operational activities related to hosting enterprise applications
within a shared hosting environment. The successful candidate will provide
operational support, service request fulfillment, configuration management, and
incident management services while supporting a large portfolio of Java-based
applications.
This role requires strong expertise in middleware
technologies, cloud platforms, service management processes, and operational
support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support
operational activities for hosted enterprise applications.
- Perform
incident intake, triage, troubleshooting, and resolution activities.
- Coordinate
and manage service request fulfillment processes.
- Assess,
implement, and support change requests.
- Perform
configuration management activities.
- Support
middleware hosting environments and related infrastructure.
- Conduct
reporting, operational analysis, and trend identification.
- Collaborate
with technical and business stakeholders on operational initiatives.
- Communicate
technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Assist
with change planning and implementation activities.
Required Qualifications
Middleware & Infrastructure Experience
- Experience
with middleware application suites, including:
- IBM
WebSphere Application Server NDM and Liberty
- IBM
DataPower
- Urban
Code Deploy
- Urban
Code Velocity
- Middleware
monitoring tools such as ITCAM and Dynatrace
- OpenShift
- Kubernetes
- Ansible
- 2+
years of experience administering:
- Oracle
Solaris (Sun Solaris)
- Red
Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- 2+
years of experience supporting middleware environments, including:
- IBM
WebSphere Application Server
- Liberty
- NDM
- Experience
with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD tools such as:
- Jenkins
- Urban
Code Deploy
- Urban
Code Velocity
- Experience
managing containerized applications using OpenShift.
- Experience
with secure file transfer technologies including FTP/SFTP solutions.
- Experience
working with Ceph storage environments.
- Exposure

using Remedy/eSMT or similar service management tools.

communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience
using Microsoft Office applications for reporting, automation, and data
analysis.
- Demonstrated
initiative, responsiveness, and ability to work independently.
