Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and production capabilities.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust production plans as necessary to prevent shortages.
- Prepare reports on production performance and supply chain metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with production scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
