About the Job- Hiring, training, staffing operators to ensure production activities are implemented complied with SOP, WI and other safety, quality regulations, ensure products are delivered JIT according to build plan.
- As principle workshop safety owner, ensure reasonable lines safe production, achieve zero recordable accident in production line, continuously improve workshop safety by leading LSGA activities
- Daily production people management and supervision by rewarding good activities and publish bad behaviors, promoting best practices and growing from lesson learn
- Daily production line management, organize supporting engineers and other resources to drive actions toward people, machine, material, method, environment issues trough tier meeting & Gemba walk, escalation if needed.
- Initiate/support lean & six sigma activities to improve quality and reduce cost by reducing/eliminating wastes and variations, optimizing process and working flow continuously.
- Complete other tasks on time assigned by managers, collaborate with other department and provide necessary support
- At least 3 years experiences on production management, better with process, equipment background.
- Familiar with 6S, Lean and Six Sigma knowledge to improve production line SQDCI.
- Clear thinking in solving problems, ability to identify potential risks in time and take corresponding improvement actions.
- Effective communication; Ability to collaborate and deploy resource to deal with problems.
- Nimble learning and self development ability, Build effective team and enhance subordinates' engagement
- Meet internal customer and external customer requirements with customer focus mindset
