We’re looking for a Production Supervisor II who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is energized by leading people, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.  If you’re a hands-on leader who can balance safety, quality, delivery, and cost—while developing your team along the way—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.  As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a production team to achieve plant and departmental goals while ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality operations.

Drive Safety & ESH Excellence

  • Lead by example to create a safe, healthy work environment
  • Identify and correct unsafe behaviors and conditions
  • Lead incident investigations and implement lasting solutions
  • Ensure team completion of all ESH training and standards

Deliver Quality & Customer Value

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality systems (ISO/TS where applicable)
  • Lead quality issue resolution from containment through corrective actions
  • Drive Total Quality Management (TQM) problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation

Execute Production & Operational Control

  • Monitor production to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets
  • Optimize people, machines, and materials for maximum efficiency
  • Allocate resources and adjust staffing to meet production schedules
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics

Lead Communication & Team Alignment

  • Facilitate shift meetings, KPI reviews, and daily communication
  • Keep teams informed and aligned with plant priorities and performance goals

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Lead Kaizen and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
  • Use structured problem-solving (5-Why, PDCA, Fishbone) to eliminate losses
  • Translate company initiatives (ESH, 5S, Quality, CI) into actionable plans

Develop People & Build Strong Teams

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and constructive feedback sessions
  • Build bench strength through cross-training and succession planning
  • Partner with Workforce Development to onboard and grow talent

Skills Required

  • Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ensure safety and ESH compliance, lead incident investigations
  • Knowledge of quality systems and adherence to SOPs (ISO/TS where applicable)
  • Experience with Total Quality Management and structured problem-solving (5-Why, PDCA, Fishbone)
  • Lead Kaizen and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Ability to monitor production metrics and optimize people, machines, and materials
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics
  • Coach, mentor, conduct performance evaluations, and implement succession/cross-training plans
