We are looking for a Production Supervisor that will be responsible for supervising the production processes and the fulfillment of the key performance indicators of the operation by managing staff on the floor and coordinating resources. Your duties include assigning employees to production stations, monitoring production levels at different points in the production process, and developing workplace policies. Ensures compliance with good manufacturing and quality practices, provides constant coaching and feedback to ensure compliance with standards. You will facilitate a healthy environment, ensuring that the team live by the principles and values of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to develop talents and achieve results.

Role and responsibilitites

  • Achieves production results and critical indicators of operational staff, communicating job expectations; planning and monitoring, and evaluating performance.
  • Completes the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; achieve job results; establishing priorities; monitor progress; check schedules; solve problems; Report processing flow results in shift production summaries.
  • Responsible for keeping his team highly trained and coached, and also ensuring propre development plans.
  • Maintains the workflow by monitoring and setting process variables; observing checkpoints and equipment; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating fault corrections within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation among departments.
  • Maintains quality service by setting and enforcing the organization's standards.
  • Ensures proper operation of equipment by coordinating with facilities and maintenance team.
  • Provides production information, compiling, initiating, classifying and analyzing production performance data; always ready to discuss reports and explain tendencies.
  • Creates and reviews systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, and budgetary and personnel requirements.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment by educating and directing staff on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a healthy employment relationship, ensuring compliance with human resources policies and procedures and adherence to the values and principles of the company,
  • Solves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues through root cause, identifying solutions; and recommending actions.
  • Executes specific projects assigned n pursuit of continuous improvement.

Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, materials, industrial engineering, or a science-related engineering discipline, etc.)
    • 2 -5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or highly regulated industry environment.
    • People-oriented and results-oriented.
    • High sense of urgency and leadership
    • Exceptional interpersonal relationships
    • Self-motivated.
    • B2 -C1 English level
