Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for coordinating internal activities to ensure smooth execution of production orders and achievement of production targets. This role involves managing manpower allocation, enforcing GMP and safety standards, maintaining discipline on the production floor, and ensuring timely reporting and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Allocate manpower to production lines and machines as per the daily plan.
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are strictly followed at the workplace.
- Prepare and submit daily attendance reports for all workers.
- Follow and execute changeover plans as instructed, including mold loading plans.
- Maintain discipline and order across all production areas.
- Assist the maintenance team during machine breakdowns and ensure timely communication of breakdowns.
- Update and maintain all required production documentation accurately.
- Report any non-compliance or deviations to the Assistant Production Manager/Senior Manager immediately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including use of PPE and safety procedures at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors in line with company guidelines and directives.
Requirements
- BSc with at least 2 years of experience, or a Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with 4 years of experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes and manpower coordination.
- Ability to enforce GMP and workplace discipline.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle machine breakdown situations effectively.
Skills Required
