What You’ll Be Doing- Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable aggregate operations.
- Coach and support team members to maintain high performance and adherence to operating standards.
- Monitor equipment and production processes, identifying issues and coordinating timely corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
