ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Oversee daily operations to meet production targets and departmental KPIs.
•Establish priorities, monitor progress, and make adjustments to resolve issues promptly.
•Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications
•Investigate and resolve quality concerns effectively and promptly.
•Enforce adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
•Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
•Maintain accurate documentation related to personnel matters
•Coordinate training and cross-training programs, with the assistance of team leaders and trainers, to build a flexible workforce.
•Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback as needed.
•Identify inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and protect company culture
•Review and approve timecards accurately and on time, ensuring sign-offs are completed before payroll deadlines.
•Assist team leaders in interpreting specifications and job orders and assigning duties to the line.
•Develop, review, modify, and maintain work instructions and other controlled documents.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
•High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
•Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (degree may substitute for 1 year)
•Prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
•Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Ability to collaborate effectively with members of the operations team as well as cross-functional teams.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (Oracle or similar) is a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
•Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
•Frequent sitting while observing line operations and conducting paperwork/computer work.
•Frequent reaching, handling, grasping, and fine motor tasks; occasional bending and lifting up to 25 lbs. (up to 75 lbs. with assistance).
•Visual and auditory acuity for inspecting products and monitoring equipment.
•Exposure to manufacturing conditions, including noise, dust, and machinery: compliance with PPE required.
