What you'll do:
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers (either larger than previous level and/or more complex production process) to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, waste and quality standards.
In detail, you will:
Plan and implement the production capacities plan and headcount plan, to ensure customer requirement will be achieved
Collaborate with management, engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations to facilitate production process
Establish and manage the Section’s Action Plan to ensure that Department’s Roles and Objectives shall be achieved
Manage the routine processes following to functions and processes of Department and ensure that all functions and processes shall be complied with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Management System
Implement EMS (Lean) tools/standard: 5D, TPM, SMED, etc. in own product line
Verify and audit working processes against the standard both ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 and EMS (Lean) system
Manage all the changes in Section in case of new product, design change or others to ensure that the change shall be done properly
Collaborate with design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods
Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
Ensure when the abnormal condition of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Occupational Health and Environmental Issue was correctively and preventively done properly
Analyze production process/result to define opportunities to improve and set up the continuous improvement project
Investigate all accidents occurring, discovering the root causes and eliminate them to prevent re occurrence
Set up training need and development plan for each team member/level to ensure team member have enough skills and competency
Motivate employees in Section to continuous improvement
Manage discipline of employees in section an evaluation
Other jobs as superior assignment
Qualifications:
Bachelor ’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or people leadership within a similarly sized manufacturing organization, preferably in an international work environment
Good English communication
