Production Supervisor
Michigan Center, MI
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with occasional overtime and one rotating weekend per month.
Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. This role drives continuous improvement, supports team development, and collaborates across departments to meet customer delivery goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and promotes a culture of accountability and excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
Communicate job expectations and monitor performance
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards
Report production metrics and update schedules
Assist operators with troubleshooting and daily issues
Document employee performance and collaborate with HR
Support union relations per collective bargaining agreement
Identify and implement process improvements
Complete accurate shift handoffs and audits
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production controls
Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in a unionized environment
SAP Super User experience
Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing exposure
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000/yr based on experience.In addition to your salary, H.B.
