What You'll Be Doing- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, and operational goals
- Monitor plant performance and implement improvements to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Coach, develop, and support team members to drive engagement and performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams to resolve issues and meet production targets
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of production operations, safety practices, and continuous improvement principles
- Capability to analyze operational data and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
- Commitment to operational excellence, quality, and employee safety
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $77,180 to $102,900 annually plus bonus incentive eligibility
