What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily pit operations to achieve production, safety, quality, and environmental objectives.

Work Environment
- Primarily located in an outdoor aggregate production environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and heavy equipment.
- Regular interaction with production personnel, contractors, and operational leadership.
- Combination of field-based supervision and administrative responsibilities.
- May require flexible scheduling to support operational needs.
