Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
- Align resources with production plans on a daily basis
- Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled
- Check production plans and fulfillment
- Participate in daily meetings regarding problem solving, continuous improvement and 5s.
What will convince us
- A relevant technical degree, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience in production supervisor role in an appropriate technical / similar environment
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to trouble shoot
- Ability to keep calm in times of pressure
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Finnish is considered an advantage.
