Job Description/Responsibilities

This shift will an onsite position (New Albany, IN) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with the hours of 6:45pm-7am.


This position is responsible for leading daily bottling operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement across assigned production lines. The Production Supervisor serves as a hands-on leader who develops team members, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and helps create a culture focused on operational excellence.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop hourly production team members while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily bottling operations to ensure production, quality, and efficiency goals are achieved while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor production performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
  • Partner with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to resolve operational issues, optimize line performance, and support business objectives.
  • Manage production documentation, employee performance, and workforce planning activities to ensure efficient operations and team development.
Qualifications/Requirements

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze production data and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operating environment
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying temperatures.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
