Where You'll Make a Difference
- Lead daily finishing operations across Spray A, Spray B, Spray C, Tube Chill, Blending, and related production areas to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
- Coordinate production activities with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Utilities, Facilities, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and other cross-functional teams.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and company requirements.
- Monitor production performance, analyze operational data, and optimize efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure processes meet quality standards and take action when quality or safety concerns arise.
- Lead employee development through onboarding, training, coaching, certification, and performance management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and 5S programs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, BRC Food Safety, RSPO, SMETA, Process Safety Management (PSM), and Management of Change (MOC) requirements.
- Utilize SAP and business systems to manage schedules, inventory, reporting, and records.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum five years of manufacturing or production experience in a continuous process environment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of safety, food safety, quality, and environmental systems.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Strong organizational and resource management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a plant environment and wear required PPE.

Working Conditions
- This position is based in a manufacturing plant environment and requires regular presence on the production floor. Required training and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory.
The salary range for this position is $110,000-120,000 base salary, depending on candidate experience and relevancy to the position and other factors determined by the hiring team in their decision.

The sale is currently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain part of IFF until close and, at such time, will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
