Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00PM

Sheridan is seeking a Production Press Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and on-time delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing production staff, driving performance, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and supervise bindery and press operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
  • Manage and support production staff, including scheduling and performance oversight.
  • Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
  • Partner with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
  • Analyze production data to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership on performance, staffing, and operational needs.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.); or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing schedules, production flow, and team performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Preferred:

  • Experience in printing, production operations, or similar equipment environments.
  • Background in graphic arts, technical training, or related field.
