Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Production Supervisor at our Mississauga location.

If you are a Production Supervisor who can:
- Train and coach team on safe and effective work techniques.
- Coordinate with neighbouring departments to ensure a smooth production workflow and highlight potential equipment concerns.
- Complete production shift reports on a daily basis.
- Foster a team of collaboration and accountability.
- Troubleshoot production bottlenecks.
- Supervise a crew of 7 – 12 production team members.

Qualifications- 2-3 years experience leading a manufacturing team in a foundry or heavy industrial setting is strongly preferred.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Highly motivated, goal orientated, ethical, and challenge driven.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Available to work a continental rotating shift: days, nights and weekends. 4-on/4-off 12-hour shifts.
- Proficient with Excel and Outlook.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
