Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Operations team, the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing and production processes of medical devices, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. 

Typical work hours are Monday - Thursday, 2:30pm-1am

About the Role:

  • Supervise and lead a team of assemblers over multiple product lines in a clean room environment
  • Implement and enforce adherence to documented processes and procedures 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs 
  • Train production staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures. 
  • Typical work schedule is Mon-Thurs, 3pm-1am but may be adjusted if running overtime 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school degree, associate degree or higher preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a production supervisor, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs

Skills Required
