Coordinar los diferentes recursos humanos y materiales para lograr las metas establecidas por la compañía en un área de producción asignada.
Cumplir con los requerimiento de 5”s” de cada una de las áreas donde estén bajo su responsabilidad
Responsabilidades
- Responsable de conocer todos los requerimientos de producción y lograrlos con los niveles de calidad, eficiencia y tiempos requeridos.
- Responsable de mantener a todo el personal de su área trabajando en el sistema J.I.T.
- Supervisar a personal a su cargo y de mantener buen ambiente de trabajo y seguridad en el mismo.
- Mantener en buen estado la maquinaria y equipo asignado a su área.
- Responsable de trabajar de acuerdo con el sistema de documentación de la compañía y hacer que la gente a su cargo lo haga.
- Responsable de mantener en un buen nivel la implementación de 5’s+1
- Trabajar buscando oportunidades de mejora continua.
- Mantener un alto enfoque de todo el personal bajo su cargo orientados hacia la seguridad y
Requerimientos Básicos
- Profesionista o equivalente en experiencia.
- Manejo de Personal.
- Capaz de planear y organizar a corto y mediano plazo.
- Capaz de trabajar bajo presión.
- Conocer la Ley Federal del Trabajo.
- Capaz de tomar decisiones.
- Conocer las políticas de la Compañía.
- Conocer todos los aspectos de una línea de producción.
